Here is the BP-2 of the previous photograph, with its 107 cars ready to highball down the Susquehanna Valley for Coxton. The diesel units, no's.512-513-523-522,will do most of the pulling and all of the braking enroute, while the steam engine is merely kept at half-throttle and at the proper stroke. It is interesting to note that the Lehigh Valley has included some station repair in its 1949 budget.
