East end of yard at West Springfield MA

Here is West Springfield yard as seen from the east end yard office, with the main tracks running through the middle of the yard. The general yard office is visible above the cabooses. There is no longer a yard office at the east end but the basement of the building is still used as a toilet and locker room. The tracks as shown remain basically the same except, as previously noted, tracks 6 and 8 have been removed (the employee in the foreground is crossing track 8 and is headed for track 6). Again, as noted before, the locomotive shop in the background is gone, and a Flexivan strip has been added at far right adjacent to the westbound yard.
