Showing a photograph of a model warehouse along West Side Line in Mr. Phelp's office. Located on portion of line along Washington St. (shown at right South wall of building and removed to show track and interior arrangements of building.) Cars standing on private sidetrack loaded or unloaded at 3rd floor level. Trucks back in under tracks into truck pockets along Washington St. and also into truck pockets along cross street. Tracks do not interfere with use of land under them except for about 12 columns per block supporting viaduct. Use of space above tracks interfered with only to the extent indicated. In other words, tracks and the overhead clearance above them occupy 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor spaces.
