Description

Showing the exercises at the unveiling of the airplane "Bremen" the first plane to make the flight westward from Ireland to America. Shows the Messrs. Walker, Ingalls, Currie, Fitzmaurice, Chamberlain and the Misses Rasch, Smith, Earhart, etc. all interested in the event and taking a dedicated part in the program. This plane was a gift of Baron Von Huenfeld, passenger and financial banker of the trip, to the City of New York. It will hang indefinitely in the GCT and will finally repose in the Museum of the Peaceful Arts.
