Description
The track layout along the main line at Harmon has not changed much in recent years, although of course the two round houses as well as other steam facilities and associated tracks have long since been retired. One holdover from steam days which remains is the loop track, connecting the locomotive ready tracks with the westbound main tracks at the depot via a main line jumpover. Here is geep no. 5755 crossing the jumpover bridge enroute to its train, Poughkeepsie local no. 195.
